Website Suppport
KMDM support options are not free unless you have a monthly service plan with us. Many customers choose our "pay as you go" support options with the services we provide. (See your specific agreement for details)
KMDM Free services include:
Questions of help related to hosting (Within One month of website go live)
ISSUES: Includes: Broken links, forms not working, display issues, spelling or text errors, and general errors that may be missed during the initial testing & website build process. (Within three months of website go live - does not include client errors)
Password resets
Free via your website login dashboard. KMDM min admin fee for resets is $55 + GST
Education
New Website Build or ReviewMe set up - Check your contract for our agreed launch education options.
On-Going Website or ReviewME Education sessions - Contact us to book a session via the form below $125hr Min 2hrs
All other services. We do not offer training and education for other services but may be able to point you an education providor - please get in touch!
