This article explains what happens once you have signed a KMDM electronic agreement or contract. Your specific agreement or contract will outline exactly the next step in our project but It will most likely include one or more of the following!
You will receive (Or may already received) a deposit invoice for your project ( check your payment iterms in our agreement) Some projects will not commence until this is paid.
We will contact you to book a planning/strategy meeting ASAP!
We will send you a form to complete to gather the information we need to kick off your project.
You will receive access to your customer portal where you can keep track of the project plan and activity, invoices, education, reports and shared documents
You will receive a copy of your contract
You will receive an email explaining the full on-boarding process and detialed stages.
You will receive access to all KMDM guide portals and tools via our secure password manager.
You will receive a copy of all confidentiality and service delivery agreements signed.
